Delete your account
Remove your Neoxify account and everything on it.
Fastest: delete it in the app
Open Neoxify, go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. It happens immediately and you do not have to wait for us. This page exists for people who have already uninstalled the app or cannot reach it.

Send us the email address on the account. We will verify the request with you before deleting anything, so the address you give must be one you can receive mail at.
What is removed
Your account and sign-in, your connection credentials on every server, and any time remaining on your plan. This cannot be undone, and remaining paid time is not refunded.
What is kept
Invoices and payment records, with your personal details removed from them. We are required to keep those for tax purposes; they no longer identify you.
